The Brain Radionecrosis Center (BRC) is the premier center for treatment of advanced brain radionecrosis in the United States. The BRC is located within the Center for Hyperbaric Medicine at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. In addition to providing treatment, the Center's mission is to offer information, clinical advice, and guidance to both patients and health care professionals.

The Center is managed by the region's only board-certified hyperbaric specialist and is supported by a team of neurosurgeons and neuro-oncologists from the Mayfield Clinic, along with a dedicated nurse specially trained in hyperbaric oxygen and brain radionecrosis. Besides being the primary information and referral source for brain radionecrosis, the Center also coordinates research on therapeutic treatment options for brain radionecrosis patients.
